About Tyler
I am proud to be a lifelong resident of Seneca County and truly enjoy public service. At the age of 23, I was elected onto Tiffin City Council and am currently in my 12th year of service. Furthermore, I have enjoyed serving the public by volunteering on multiple boards and committees.
In addition to public service, I have enjoyed my experience in the private sector. I am the founder and owner of Shuff Consulting LLC and also serve as the Director of Operations for the Tiffin Community Reinvestment Group.
The citizens of Seneca County are the people I want to serve. This is home for me, my heart is here.
Background
I am a graduate of Tiffin-Columbian and went on to Terra State Community College where I studied business, management and marketing.

JoE SILARDI
Tyler has been instrumental in reinvigorating the community Teen Center as well as bringing new business into the community in general, but specifically into the Laird Building. The utilization of that building is unprecedented, and illustrates Tyler’s vision, industriousness, and perseverance. I have no doubts that Tyler can apply all his considerable talents and passion to represent Seneca County in the best way possible for an even brighter future.
